A Little Bit About Me

Welcome to my website. My name is Danny and I’m a frontend web developer. I have almost 10 years of experience, with 7 of those spent working in e-commerce utilizing the Magento 1 & 2 platforms (now Adobe Commerce).

In that time I’ve worked with many diverse teams and have experienced success and failure and grown from it. I've helped manage external resources, deliver business-critical and time sensitive projects and I love working with frontend technologies and expanding my skillset. I bring a passion for frontend development, extensive e-commerce knowledge and experience and a love for learning.

I grew up in Michigan and while I’ve been fortunate to travel I still call the Mitten my home. I went to Michigan State University (go green) as well as General Assembly in Washington, D.C., where I learned full-stack web development with a focus on: Ruby, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS Javascript and jQuery.

When I’m not working or tinkering I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my girlfriend and our two dogs. I love golfing, reading, being on the water and cheering on my favorite sports teams.
